This post doesn’t sound very professional but I’m getting sick and tired of people cancelling with no notice until the day of a clean I have said before illness is a valid reason to cancel but a rubbish excuse doesn’t cut it without a cancellation fee I’m afraid otherwise your burn that bridge when it comes to me cleaning for you again. This is a business and my livelihood and I cannot afford to be let down on the day without notice to fit in another client with such late notice!!
