After a workplace accident (not chimney sweeping) last October where The Chimney Guard broke his hip and pelvis, and subsequently neeeing a full hip replacement which took place two weeks ago, services are expected to resume at approximately the end of November. How to check if a business is registered with HETAS:

✅ Use our postcode or check business search
📧 Call or email us
👀 Look for the HETAS logo - this should relate to the scheme they are registered on, installer, retailer, sweep and service, or biomass maintenance

They should also be able to show their HETAS ID card with their registration details.

🟠 Ensure the alarm position complies with building regulations
🟠 Make note of the alarm's expiry date and replace it when necessary
