I have availability Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 9am-2pm and limited evening and weekend slots if that doesn’t suit 💁‍♀️

Hi, I’m Eleanor, the person behind Haven Homes 🏡✨

I started Haven Homes because I know firsthand that keeping on top of a home isn’t always simple - especially when you’re overwhelmed, struggling mentally, burnt out, disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, or just trying to survive a busy season of life.

Cleaning services can sometimes feel intimidating or judgmental, and I wanted to create something different:
a calm, compassionate, judgment-free service that helps people feel safer and more comfortable in their homes.

No shame. No lectures. No expectation for you to “tidy before the cleaner comes.” Just practical help and understanding.

My goal is to build a business that supports real people with real lives - whether that’s regular cleaning, help resetting a space after a difficult period, or simply making a home feel manageable again 💛

I’ve just been listening to a podcast about a charity that helps people with cleaning when things have got really overwhelming, and it really resonated… this is exactly why I started Haven Homes 💛

Our homes are meant to feel like a safe space.

But when things build up, that space can start to feel stressful instead of comforting - especially if you’re dealing with neurodivergence, burnout, mental health, or just life being a lot.

And then it becomes a cycle…

You feel overwhelmed → things pile up → you feel worse → and it’s even harder to get back to that clean slate.

You don’t need a perfect house.
And there’s nothing “wrong” with you for struggling with it!

Sometimes you just need a bit of help getting things back to a place that feels calmer and easier to maintain.

That’s always been the heart behind Haven Homes 💛

I’m still building things at the moment and taking on regular work, but long term I’d really love to be able to offer free or reduced cleans for people who are properly struggling and just need a bit of help.

Because everyone deserves to feel okay in their own home 🫶🏻

I’ll be taking a short break over the Easter holidays 💛
I’ll be back from **Monday 13th April**, ready to help bring a bit of calm back into your home ✨

After the holidays, I can help with:
🧺 Taking down decorations
🍫 Clearing away all the Easter chocolate evidence (I promise not to count the boxes!😉)
🧸 Resetting the inevitable post-holiday “toy soup”
🪟 Wiping away sticky fingerprints to let the light back in ☀️
🌸 General spring resets if things have gotten a little overwhelming

This is a completely judgement-free service 💛
No pressure, no expectations — just practical help to make things feel lighter and more manageable

If you’re feeling a bit stuck or don’t know where to start, that’s exactly where I come in! 💃 ✨

I’ll have **weekday, evening & weekend availability** after the holidays
Offering:
