I am so pleased to announce that this page has now been taken over by the amazing Hayley.

Hayley was a valuable member of our staff.

When we closed due to pandemic Hayley stepped in and helped our clients out by providing a service for them.

So you will see me posting but from now on Hayley will be answering messages and carrying out cleans as this is now her business page,

Each year for Christmas we try to buy more experience sort of gifts than actual presents.

Because of a lot of them end up in the bin.

So I was thinking about the adults in the family and what we can do for them.

“My number 1 tip for meal prep is a meal plan and shop for the week, buying all the food and ingredients needed!! You’ll have a clear mind of what you have and where your going with it all. Entering the next day knowing what’s coming meal wise with no fuss or confusion about what to go and get 🤷‍♀️😁as you’ll have it all there ready. Being inventive with ingredients that’s left over making sure your getting maximum use and no waste 😎”.
