After 2 amazing years of building JaysDetails, it's time for the next big step... We've officially launched our YouTube channel! 🎥✨

If you've ever wondered what it's really like working in the valeting and detailing industry, this is your chance to see it all. I'll be sharing full transformation videos, satisfying detailing shorts, behind-the-scenes content, and what a typical day looks like running a professional detailing business.

Our very first video is one you won't want to miss! We're bringing a 2001 Ford Puma back to life after it's been left with mould throughout the interior, followed by a full deep exterior clean. We’ve got some good news, some potentially good news, and some bad news to share.

As the owner of JaysDetails, which we’ve built from the ground up to where it is today, I’m excited to say we’ve finally purchased a van — a 2012 VW Caddy in grey. This will be transformed into both our work vehicle and a show van, and we’ve got some big (and exciting) plans ahead for it!

Now for the potentially good, but also difficult news

we will be temporarily closing from the 28th of June (this Sunday). I’m really sorry for the short notice. This has come after a very stressful period of trying to fit in maintenance, bookings, and preparations beforehand.

The closure is due to me undergoing surgery, which will require around 10 weeks of recovery. During this time, I won’t be able to work and will need to fully focus on getting better.

However, all maintenance clients will still be taken care of by another trusted detailer, so all ongoing maintenance work will continue as normal and to our usual standard.

This isn’t a permanent closure — we will still be taking bookings and will be back once I’ve fully recovered.

We really appreciate everyone’s support and understanding during this time, and we look forward to seeing you all again in around 10 weeks.

We are still taking a few more bookings before we pause, and we will be working this Sunday as well. If you’d like to get booked in, please let me know.
