Today we were called out to unblock a drain for one of our valued commercial customers. Not the most glamorous job, but an important one — and exactly why we do what we do.

We love keeping your windows and exteriors sparkling, but we need to be honest…

In the last two weeks, 150 invoices were sent out and only 10 have been paid. These are for work already completed.

Unpaid invoices mean we won’t be able to return for regular cleans until payment is received.

Sparkle & Shine is a small family business, and missed payments really do affect us more than people realise.

If you have an outstanding invoice, we’d really appreciate it being settled as soon as possible.

Another job well done in Llantrisant!

We were called out to a nursery we proudly maintain and clean after frozen, cracked pipes caused a blockage.

Our team at Sparke & Shine quickly removed the damaged pipes and replaced them with brand-new ones — keeping everything flowing safely and smoothly again.

Sparkle and Shine – Payment Reminder

Bore da. Hello lovely customers! We’ve recently sent out a number of invoices and just wanted to gently remind everyone that payments are due within 7 days.

As a small local business, we rely on timely payments to keep our service running. If an account remains unpaid, we may have to pause or stop services until it is brought up to date.

To make things easier, you can sign up for GoCardless through our website, which takes payment automatically so you don’t have to worry about missing it.

Bore da! Admin day today - planning and sorting ready for when we are back in work next week after some much needed time off. We’re currently in the office printing out invoices for outstanding window cleaning. Please can we remind everyone to pay promptly for their window cleaning. We have so many customers who owe at the moment and as a small, family business it really does affect us. Diolch yn fawr.
