Long time no speak! It’s been so long I don’t even know if this is going to be seen by anyone 🤣
As you may or may not know, cosy cow cleaning is no more. After 3 years of cleaning for you lovely lot, Nadia moved onto pastures new and I decided managing people wasn’t for me.
In the meantime I’ve qualified as an EPC assessor whilst still dabbling in the odd end of tenancy/house move clean. If you don’t know what an EPC is, it’s an assessment of how energy efficient your home is. They last 10 years and you need one if you rent out a property or move house (this is usually when people notice they have expired 😆).
When people have been in contact with me to complete an EPC I’ve been able to offer them a clean/ tidy/help getting their house in the best condition for pictures to be taken to sell. I’ve had really positive responses from clients who have appreciated handing everything over to one person.
I’ve been working via word of mouth but I thought it was maybe time to promote myself a bit more and figured this would be a good place to start.
So if you or anyone you know needs an EPC, is moving house or would like an end of tenancy clean please feel free to pass on my details 😊
Please note I will not be taking on any regular cleans but do have a few contacts I can pass on to anyone looking 😘
