I have recently been reviewing my pricing structure to ensure it reflects the time, effort, and level of work involved in each clean.

From now on, I will no longer be charging per hour. Instead, all jobs will be priced individually based on the size and requirements of the property.

This change is to make sure pricing is fair and consistent, as the same rate has been applied to very different types of cleans.

Existing clients will receive direct messages or emails with their updated pricing over the coming days.

Just wanted to touch base about my previous post… I’ve had a few messages ✉️ asking about this, and I wanted to explain my reasoning.
I've been charging £20 an hour with a 2-hour minimum ⏰, but it's become clear that this isn't sustainable for me 🙋‍♀️especially when I'm expected to clean larger homes to the same standard as smaller ones🏡. The new pricing structure is based on property size and the time I'll be spending at each property 🏠. This change will take effect from 1st march 2026 📆 so you’ll have plenty of time to adjust 🤗
I understand this might not work for everyone, and I'm sorry if it's not the best fit for you 🥺. However, I need to protect my business 🧼 , my income 💵, and my family life 🧑‍🧒. Thanks for understanding -

I’m moving from hourly rates to property-based pricing, so pricing is now based on the size of the property and the areas cleaned. (All current clients will be messaged privately)
