❤️ BIG QUESTION… DO WE EXPAND?! ❤️

I've been having a little think about the future of Carters Cleaners Elite Ltd, and I want YOUR opinions! 👀💭

Some of you might not know the real reason I started this business in the first place…

Before cleaning, I worked in care, and one thing that always stuck with me was seeing people who needed extra help at home but weren't always getting the support they needed with their cleaning and everyday tasks. ❤️

I always wanted to do more for people, especially the elderly and vulnerable, and that's something that's never really left me.

So, here's what I'm thinking… 👇

🏡 Do we expand our services to include helping the elderly again?

Not just cleaning, but the little things that can make such a BIG difference to someone's day!

❤️ Companionship and a friendly face for a chat ☕
🛒 Help with food shopping
🥪 Popping in to make sure they've got food in and everything they need
☕ Making a cuppa and having a good old natter
🏡 A little helping hand around the home
💕 Regular welfare visits to help people feel less alone

Sometimes it's not about having a spotless house. Sometimes it's about having someone who genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, and makes sure you're okay.

And let's be honest… sometimes a cup of tea and a good natter can make someone's whole day! 🥰☕

I started this business wanting to make a difference, and I'd love to be able to bring that side of my work back into what we do.

💜 LET'S TALK PRICING… BECAUSE THERE'S MORE TO IT THAN JUST CLEANING! 💜

I think it's time to have a little chat about pricing and what actually goes into running a professional cleaning business. 👀
When you pay for a clean, you're not just paying for someone to walk into a property and clean it. There is SO much more that goes on behind the scenes!

🧴 Cleaning products and chemicals
🧹 Equipment and maintenance
🚗 Fuel and travel between jobs
👷 Staff wages
🛡️ Insurance and business costs
📋 Training, health and safety
⏰ Admin, planning and organising rotas
💜 And all the little extras that go into providing a reliable, professional service.

All of these things cost money, and they have to be accounted for when pricing our services.
Let's be realistic… we are NOT going to charge £10 an hour per clean just to win a job. ❌
That simply isn't realistic for a professional cleaning business that employs staff, pays its expenses, provides products and equipment, maintains insurance, and aims to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

We are award-winning, and we are proud to work with a wide range of clients, including: 🏡 Domestic households

We have worked hard to build our reputation, grow our business and earn the trust of the clients we work with.

We don't just turn up, wipe a few surfaces and leave. We take pride in our work, pay attention to the details, and aim to leave every property looking its best.

We understand that everyone has a budget, and we completely respect that. There will always be someone willing to charge less, and that's absolutely fine.

BUT WE WILL NOT COMPETE ON PRICE ALONE. 💜

We will compete on the quality of our work, our reliability, our professionalism, our attention to detail and the service we provide.
If you're looking for the cheapest cleaner available, we might not be the right fit for you, and that's okay!

But if you're looking for a professional, insured, award-winning cleaning business that takes pride in what it does, values its staff and genuinely cares about its clients, then we'd love to hear from you. 🥰

👋 Hi, my name is Laura!

🏡 I’m a mum of 2, a proud dog mum to 3 dogs 🐶🐶🐶, and when I’m not busy cleaning, I love doing nails! 💅

🧽 My favourite thing about my role? Without a doubt, it’s building relationships with my clients! 💜 I love getting to know everyone, having a good chat and making sure their homes are left feeling fresh, clean and sparkling. ✨

There’s no better feeling than clients coming back to us! 🥹💜 It's always a lovely reminder that the hard work we put in really does make a difference!

Now… we haven't been to this absolute STUNNER in a little while, but MY GOD… LOOK AT THE RESULTS ON THIS SHOWER! 😍🚿✨

I'm not even going to lie… this shower nearly took me OUT! 😂😭 My arms were fighting for their lives, my back was questioning all my life choices, and I was questioning why I love cleaning so much! 🤣🧽
