Position: eBay Marketing Assistant (Full-Time)
Company Overview
We are a busy automotive parts business specializing in second-hand car parts, and we are seeking a dedicated and organised eBay Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Position Summary
Oversee eBay sales, from listing and photography to order fulfillment and dispatch. This active role suits someone who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Hours
ā¢ Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
ā¢ 1 hour unpaid lunch break
ā¢ Free onsite parking provided
Key Responsibilities
Listing and Photography
ā¢ Photograph second-hand car parts to a high standard for eBay listings.
ā¢ Create detailed and accurate eBay listings with clear descriptions.
ā¢ Ensure all listings are optimized for search and customer appeal.
ā¢ Maintain consistent quality across all product photography and descriptions.
Order Processing and Dispatch
ā¢ Package orders securely and appropriately for courier collection
ā¢ Dispatch orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
ā¢ Book collections with various courier services
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of all dispatches and tracking information.
General Duties
ā¢ Monitor eBay account performance and customer inquiries.
ā¢ Assist with stock management and organization.
ā¢ Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support business operations.
Skills and Experience
Essential
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Good written communication skills for creating listings
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
ā¢ Basic computer literacy and comfortable learning new systems
ā¢ Physically able to handle automotive parts and packaging tasks
Essential
ā¢ Previous experience with eBay selling
ā¢ Knowledge of motor vehicle parts and automotive terminology
ā¢ Experience with product photography ā preferred but not essential
ā¢ Familiarity with courier booking systems ā preferred but not essential
