We had our Rangemaster oven professionally cleaned yesterday by Alison, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Alison was friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable. She clearly knew her way around a Rangemaster and took the time to explain a few useful cleaning and maintenance tips, which was an added bonus. She worked incredibly hard and was very thorough throughout the clean – the oven genuinely looks transformed.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She even noticed that one of the elements was loose and tightened it for us, which she certainly didn't have to do. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and wants to leave customers with the best possible result.

I was also delighted to be able to book the service at short notice, which was a huge help as we've recently moved house. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

A fantastic job by Alison – professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and genuinely lovely to have in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Had my Rangemaster cleaned today by Emma-Jane who arrived on time and was very friendly. She did an excellent job and worked really hard to make my oven look like new! Would have no hesitation in recommending her and Ovenu.
