The restorative work to the travertine stone on the ground floor has given these tiles a new lease of life. Additionally the acid wash has finally rid the bathroom tiles of annoying impregnated water stains - fantastic! Tom was thoroughly professional and is certainly a credit to your company. I would have no hesitation recommending his workmanship to anyone.

Tom has a very high level of integrity and efficiency, replicated, I'm sure, in both his administrative and labour efforts. He gave me so much free advice too about the beauty of slate - I had considered covering it over with an artificial tile but Tom's reassurance has made me fall in love with my slate floor again! :) I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom Conlon as Cambridge Tile Doctor.

It was a tricky job with absorbent encaustic tiles that should never have been put in a kitchen in the first place. Tom was professional throughout. Replaced damaged tiles, deep cleaned the rest and resealed with a sealant that will hopefully prevent deep staining again.
