Tom was brilliant. My black limestone patio had been ruined by the builders using the wrong sealant and I have had 2 different specialists try to sort it out for me and both gave up unable to help. The last even suggested I needed a new patio. Tom came and assessed and did some test cleaning so we both knew it would work. He came every day and worked really hard. The end result is fantastic I am thrilled. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services and I will certainly be asking him back when it’s time to refresh and reseal the patio in 3 years time.

Tom is a sure bet for tile cleaning, repairing screw holes through tiles, replacing damaged tiles, re-sealing around shower trays and recolouring grout (mine included a strip of very small mirrored tiles along the top that go most of the way round the room and they got the same treatment - no mean feat). Very happy with his fastidious work at a fair price. I thoroughly recommend him.

The whole process was excellent. We had several cracked tiles that needed replacing, and the whole floor area had not been cleaned and sealed properly when first laid some three years ago. After contacting the Tile Doctor, Tom Conlon came and did a site survey and explained fully what was required to rectify the problems. Tom undertook the work. He was highly professional, keeping us fully informed of what was happening, causing the minimum disruption (some feat as the whole downstairs area apart from the lounge required work). We now have pristine tiled flooring. Thank you Tom.
