I booked Phoenix cleaning to do a one-off clean ahead of us going away because I didn't have time available to get things in order for our dog-sitters coming to stay.

I needed some basics doing (such as bathrooms - which were deep cleaned) dusting and vacuuming, as well as some other bits like cleaning the oven and fridge.

I was impressed by how swiftly yet thoroughly the two cleaners worked their way through everything. They were both punctual, friendly and courteous. What I really loved was that they showed me all the products they had brought especially (we need all non-toxic eco products as we have a sewage treatment plant rather than being on the mains), and they also got me to inspect their work before leaving, to ensure I was happy with what they'd done.

I also appreciated Louise's speedy communication beforehand, and a follow up afterwards.

In fact, I was so impressed by the whole experience that I have bitten the bullet and will be having a regular fortnightly clean.
