Guests requested early check-in and late check-out for a 4 day stay and promised the owner they would leave the place clean (meaning the cleaner has to prove how it wasn't clean). Throwing the rancid grill rack in the bottom of a rancid oven is not cleaning buddy, this oven was clean 4 days before I'm almost impressed how bad they made it ;)

I wrote this sign over 10 years ago outside our small shop in Truro. It was true then and it's still true now. If we don't support our local farmers and pay a fair price for their produce then we will lose them.

You can order a food box from us for home delivery. We work with more than 250 food businesses here in Cornwall. It's a minimum order of £10 and delivery starts from £2.50.

SUNDAY ROAST'S ARE BACK!

Canteen will be serving delicious vegan Sunday lunch from 12 - 3pm weekly.

This week's roast will include -
MAIN - Smoked mushroom and black bean wellington / Canteen roasties / Brown sugar roots / Braised red cabbage
PUDDING - Date and pistachio cake with butterscotch sauce
£12 for main / £5 for pudding

Serving up a family style feast - No need to book, just show up with your favourite people and tuck in - Bar also open from 12 midday.

We can always accommodate allergy’s and adapt the menu and portion size for mini tastebuds.
