As we celebrate 50 years of Hughes Window Cleaning, we'd love to share some of the wonderful memories our customers have of my dad, Jimmy Hughes, who founded the business back in 1976.
💙 Meet Mrs Newton...
"I first met Jimmy in 1986 when we moved into our new-build home. Jimmy was a real character – full of fun, and you always knew when he was in the street!
We've now had three generations of the Hughes family cleaning our windows over the last 40 years. First Jimmy and Steven, and for the past 14 years Chris, later joined by Tom. It's so lovely to have that continuity, which is so rare these days."
Stories like this mean the world to us. They remind us that we're not just cleaning windows – we're building relationships that can last a lifetime.
If you've got a memory of Jimmy, or of Hughes Window Cleaning over the last 50 years, we'd love to hear it. Please share it in the comments or send us a message. We'd be honoured to feature some of your stories as we celebrate this special milestone. ❤️
50 Years of Hughes Window Cleaning – Thank you for letting our family look after your homes for half a century. 💙
