Wood Burner Installation & Chimney Repair in Lyneham

A recent job in Lyneham where we removed an existing stove to replace a raised hearth and carry out safety improvements.

The original installation had not been done correctly. Combustible materials including paper and expanding foam had been used inside the chimney, which created a serious fire risk. You can see this in the scorch marks.

We removed the unsafe materials, installed a new liner, and added a section of twin wall system due to the proximity of wooden beams. This ensures everything now meets building regulations and is safe to use.

Finished with a new slate hearth and a clean, professional install.
