Hi all, hope you had a great Christmas. Unfortunately this week we are 2 men down, Danny has had a positive COVID test and so has Brian, I need 2 people to cover torfaen and newport but we only have 1, and that is me, I will try my best but I won’t be able to clean everyone’s bin on each day. I’m really sorry for this and any direct debit customers that are missed will be refunded. Please ring or message me if any problems. After many years without any increase to our prices, the time has come where this is necessary for the sustainability of the business. With effect from Monday 4th October we need to increase the price of a bin clean by 60p. I hope you appreciate this decision has not been taken lightly, but that it is necessary for us to cover the number of increased costs faced by the business over the last few years. We know that you appreciate the personal service that Danny and I (Bart) provide you with, as we appreciate you, our loyal customers. We very much want to continue to provide you with this service.
