A small life is still a whole life. 💚
The little creature crossing your garden has somewhere to go and a life of its own. It doesn’t have to be beautiful, useful or welcome in every flower bed to deserve kindness.
Our yards are part of a world we share. Sometimes compassion is as simple as giving a visitor space, letting it pass and choosing patience when fear or frustration shows up first.
We don’t have to touch them, tame them or make them ours to care about what happens to them.
There is room for a little more gentleness in the garden.
