All though chickens are a lovely addition to the garden for you fresh eggs daily.... they do pose problems 🐀🐀

I've recently been doing a short programme to eradicate the problem but as I advise all customers who have chickens, the problems may reoccur if they keep chickens.

The good old rats loves a bit of chicken feed, corn or even the eggs !! 😳

Scratching in the roof area ???

A visit yesterday to a house that is struggling with a mouse problem. With a twist.

A full inspection of the house shown a very large old rats nest that's now being used again. Also on inspection found a old co**se of a rat 🐀.

Poison had to be installed and return for another visit next week to see if the customer is still hearing that scratching in the walls and ceiling areas.

There are approximately 2.7 million grey squirrels in the UK, whilst they are loved by many especially children when seen in the garden or woods. They are a common nuisance for homeowners, inhabiting loft spaces and garages for warmth particularly in winter months. Gnawing on plasterboard, woodwork and wiring they can cause a great deal of damage.

Contact us to arrange a free inspection to confirm the culprit of any attic noise or damage. If it is indeed squirrels, we can advise on squirrel control measures such as removing attractive garden feeders and seal any entry points once/if clear to prevent re-entry.
As a last resort, we can set squirrel traps, to catch and take away any grey squirrels and kill them as humanely as possible. The law forbids them being released back into the wild once they’ve been trapped.

Red squirrels however are a very rare and now protected species, so killing of these is strictly prohibited.

Lockdown has seen a big increase in rats around residential areas more than normal. If you have a problem....get it sorted before it gets harder to control them. The sooner you treat the problem the easier it is to control them.
