This is not a rant, this is reality ....... Over the last 6 months i have tried, unsuccessfully, to recruit more team members due to customer demand. But the reality is this, candidates respond to adverts showing an interest, i set up telephone interviews and trials which takes admin time and involvement of other team members and arrangements with customers, only for the candidate to either not turn up for the trial, do a trial and then not turn up for their 1st day of work, last 1 week and then not return, or go completely AWOL after promising commitment and reliability.
If you can't commit, then don't waste our time seeking a job.
We are a family run hard working business, with principles based on honesty and integrity, and we find ourselves and our customers being constantly let down by new starters.
We are looking for reliable team members with a genuine work ethic who are seeking a job with a flexible, honest, hard working family run business. We pride ourselves with being able to work with you, providing flexibility around school hours, school term, and your lifestyle. It's that simple.
