Are you planning a refresh of rooms with paint?

As tempting as it may be, please don't skimp on the quality, especially in high-traffic areas (kitchen and bathroom walls, dining room walls, behind kitchen bins, around light switches).

A wipeable/washable mid-sheen paint will enable your wall to be wiped of splashes, spills and dirty marks without also washing away the paint. Over a short space of time, you may find yourself needing to repaint areas due to wear, which could be costly!

Magic eraser sponges can also take excess paint off your walls too, use with care 👌ðŸŧ

Are you currently as exasperated with your home as much as I am? Roll on September when the kids are back to school so you can reclaim your living spaces 😆

That said, I am currently available for one-off deep cleans from September. I'm happy to focus on one area only, ie:, kitchen (not including ovens), or bathroom, or I can clean the whole house!

Please bear in mind the emphasis is on 'cleaning' services. I am honestly more than happy to tidy first, but it will take me much much longer to get to the ready to clean stage and therefore cost you more. The downside to leaving me to tidy is that you may not be able to find where I've put everything that you left out ðŸĪŠ

If you just want help decluttering and reorganising, as in I literally help you so that I don't accidentally donate Aunt Marge's precious heirloom vase to charity in your absence, I'm definitely up for that.

*Deep clean* rate is ÂĢ16-ÂĢ18 per hour depending on the current condition of what you want cleaning. A visit beforehand is essential. *Please allow a minimum of 4 hours.

Disclaimer: If you don't like having your drawers, cupboards and shelves rummaged through, decluttered and reorganised, then sadly I'm not your person! 🙃

Top Tips Sunday... Take cleaning spray and a sponge/cloth into the shower with you, and give it a quick clean and rinse before you get out of it!

When you've finished in the shower, unscrew the shower head and drain the water from it and the hose... it helps to prevent limescale build up 🙂

Everyone seems to think a cleaner's home is spotless. I've had a lot of clients express embarrassment and apologise for the "state" of their home and that they tried to tidy up a bit... but I will continue to say, never apologise, not to me your cleaner, your friends or anyone else...

We're all human, we're all busy with work and family life and we can't always make time to do things around the home that we want or need to do.

My home is a perfect example; after some minor building work and furniture in places it shouldn't be, the clutter has built up and got a bit (a lot) overwhelming if I'm honest. Throw in a camping trip and back to school stress and it all culminates into one big blow out where you forego a family visit, packing off the kids and the hubby and try to deal with 'a small portion' of it all.

Happy Thursday everyone... Breathe easy knowing that even cleaners need cleaners, but we're not all that lucky 🙈ðŸĪĶðŸŧ‍♀ïļðŸĪĢðŸĪĢ

An almost 4 week break thanks to possible covid, then actual covid 🙄 and then Easter, and my return saw me locked in a new clients kitchen on Monday 🙈. I'm so pleased they work from home and could rescue me 😂
There's never a dull moment in the life of me!

However, don't hesitate to get in touch if you are in need of a one off deep clean of something specific, ie: bathroom or kitchen. A minimum 2hr booking is required for a one off clean and is ÂĢ16ph. Weekends are subject to availability.
