Good morning everyone, and I hope you are all looking forward to the Bank Holiday weekend.
Anyway, as you can see in the main photo there is a selection of stove rope, this is used to seal the door or glass on your stove, to stop too much air getting in and burning your fuel too quickly, thus making sure the stove is efficient as possible, and the only air entering is through the designated air vents on the stove.
There are different sizes and textures, most of which I keep on the van.
I would say that rope is the most replaced item on your stove, the next one would be the internal bricks.
Could I draw your attention to the reel of tape on the right hand side, this is used for winding around the end of the rope to stop it unravelling and generally to make it look neat and tidy.
The point is that I have had this reel ever since I started, yes it's a bit grubby at the side, but still looks good when used, I have re roped many stoves, 100s, but it looks the same size now as when I bought it, to me it hasn't gone down at all,I am sure it must have, but I must say it is very good value for money. Have a good weekend everyone.
Steve.
