🚧Another Platform Lift Project Completed in West Bromwich!🚧

We recently attended a live retail store in West Bromwich to remove an existing 2-stop, single-entry platform lift and replace it with a brand-new platform lift.

Working within a live retail environment always brings its own challenges, particularly when the store needs to remain operational. On this project, we unfortunately lost two days on site due to issues outside of our control.

Despite the setbacks, our team pulled together and worked efficiently to ensure the existing lift was removed and the new platform lift was installed and ready for use before the weekend.

This meant the store was able to regain use of the lift ahead of a busy weekend - exactly the outcome our client needed.

💪 Another example of:
✔️ Excellent workmanship
✔️ Efficient project delivery
✔️ Working effectively within live environments
✔️ Overcoming unexpected challenges
✔️ Putting our client's requirements first

A huge well done to everyone involved for keeping the project moving and delivering a quality installation within the required timeframe.

Another successful project. Another satisfied client. Another lift delivered by Paragon. 🚀

Another Platform Lift Upgrade Completed in Brough🛗

We’ve recently completed another platform lift replacement project for a client in Brough, removing an existing 3-stop hydraulic platform lift which had been causing the client ongoing issues.

Working closely with the client, we supplied and installed a brand-new 3-stop, partially glazed platform lift, along with all necessary making-good works to ensure the new installation was properly integrated into the existing building.

The project was completed within the client’s specified timeframe, with careful planning and coordination throughout to minimise disruption to the building and its occupants.

The new lift was fully tested and commissioned prior to handover, providing the client with a reliable and modern accessibility solution.

The installation also incorporates key-switched landings, helping to restrict access and prevent unauthorised use of the lift.

The building is home to both an Indian restaurant and a Pilates studio, making reliable accessibility particularly important for customers, visitors and staff.

Another project successfully delivered by the Paragon team, from removal through to installation, testing and final handover.💪

Another successful platform lift replacement completed by the Paragon team in Newbury.

Our engineers recently carried out the full removal of an existing platform lift before installing a brand-new unit, delivering a safe, reliable, and modern lifting solution for the client. From the careful decommissioning and removal of the old equipment through to the installation, testing, and commissioning of the new lift, the project was completed efficiently while minimising disruption to the site.

Replacing ageing equipment not only improves reliability and performance but also enhances accessibility and helps ensure continued compliance with current standards.

A great effort from everyone involved in delivering another quality installation.

If you're considering upgrading an existing platform lift or require support with lift modernisation, installation, servicing, or maintenance, we'd be happy to help.

Another successful project completed! 👏

Over the past 4 weeks, our team has transformed an empty warehouse in Melton into a modern, high-quality showroom for our client, who will be using the space to showcase and sell their bespoke converted camper vans.

As the main contractor, we managed and delivered the entire project from start to finish, coordinating every aspect of the fit-out, including:

🔨 Joinery
⚡ MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
🎨 Painting & Decorating
🧱 Tape & Jointing
🪟 Window Installation
🏢 Flooring
✨ Vinyl Finishes
🧹 Final Builders Clean

The completed transformation includes:

✅ A brand-new modern office space
✅ A dedicated PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) bay
✅ New toilet facilities
✅ New internal doors throughout
✅ A fully fitted kitchen
✅ A comfortable customer waiting area
✅ A striking new main entrance door

Delivering a complete commercial fit-out of this scale in just 4 weeks is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and collaboration of everyone involved.

A huge thank you to our client for trusting us to bring their vision to life. We wish them every success as they open the doors to their new showroom and begin showcasing their bespoke camper van conversions.

If you're looking for a reliable main contractor to deliver high-quality commercial refurbishments on time and to the highest standard, we'd love to hear from you.
