wow how did that happen ?
I put 100% into every single job that's how.
I love meeting my customers old and new.

Of course I couldn't do it without Sam answering the phone she loves chatting to everyone.

The weather has beat me today,
I got to Norton canes the roads are so slippy I felt its not worth the risk of a bump.
A bump would put me out of work for weeks as my kit is fitted in the van and couldn't be swapped to a hire van ,this snow and ice will be gone within a couple of days
let's see what it's like tomorrow

2025 was extremely busy so I'm off for a lie down
We are now closed until 5th January we look forward to seeing you all in 2026

Not posted for a while,
we've had a challenging few months with a few customers cancelling at very short notice .
A while ago we introduced a £20 late cancellation fee this now needs to increase to 50% of the invoice as we often can't fill the cancellation with the same value job.We recognise sometimes there are genuine emergencies which call for you to cancel and we use our discretion on whether we charge a fee. Minimum fee for a last minute cancellation will now be £27 we have not took this decision lightly and we hope you understand.
