Its Mental Health Awareness week, and here at Approved Valeting we ask all our managers, operatives, and support staff to just take a moment to focus on their own well-being🧠

Think of others who might just need a short call, or even a text to reach out and ask, “how are you?” three short words, that can make a whole world of difference🙏🏻

Some early signs to look out for:
• Feeling constantly drained
• Overwhelmed
• Withdrawing from others
• Increased irritability
• Loss of motivation

Noticing these early matters.✅

Taking time to rest, step back, and reset can make a real difference before burnout deepens.🕥

Continuing our theme of recognising excellence, we would like to congratulate our entire team of valeting operatives from Sytner Select Leighton Buzzard on receiving the Approved Valeting Southern team of the quarter award for Q1.🎉🍾

A feel good springtime post🌷🍃

Whilst this isn’t necessarily a business style post, we felt it was something so wonderful we wanted to share..

Over the winter months the Approved Valeting admin team have been feeding the Robins in the Approved HQ gardens, and now our lovely robins, who we have named Justin (after our founder Justin Bancroft) and Justine have taken up nesting in the engine bay of Justins beloved work van. We’ve now taken the van out of service to allow the Robins to hopefully produce two or three broods through the spring and summer!!🐦

Theres nothing more wonderful in this world than nature taking its course, and we’re delighted that the robins APPROVED of our van✅
