With the new Lockdown starting from tomorrow I wanted to assure my customers that I will continue to respect social distancing and I am using hand sanitiser between each house.

For those that wish to postpone their clean for any reason, that is okay 👍

I would also like to take this opportunity to inform those that don’t know yet, that I now have a gutter vacuum (with an inspection camera) and am able to clean out those gutters prior to winter 👌 Feel free to ask for a competitive quote.

Hi all, after Boris's statement last night to (correctly) enforce a lockdown I obviously have to stop window cleaning for the next few weeks for the safety of all concerned. It's a bit of a blow but hope to be back to normal after. Sorry about this. Take care. Ian x

To each and every customer, past and present, I hope you are well and remain so during these unprecedented times.

I just wanted to post an update for those currently using my Pane Relief Window Cleaning Services, that I am happy to continue cleaning windows - outside only - for as long as I am able to do so and as long as you are happy for me to do so. If you feel you would like to postpone your scheduled clean, for any reason - health, financial etc. - that is honestly not a problem.

For those that still require their cleans, I am washing my hands between jobs with hot and pure water with soap and can leave invoices with bank details for payment, if you prefer not to handle cash directly (some leave cash in ‘safe’ places anyway), in order to avoid contact.

Finally, I appreciate your business and support, so if you need anything - help or supplies picked up - feel free to ask!
