Progress on the two adjacent basement pools going well and with a "lid" on the basements now is the time for pool shells to be shuttered, circulation fittings installed, and concrete sprayed.

Plot 1 has the sub floor screeded and pool shuttering started.

Plot 2 is following close behind with the now customary Delta membrane protection installed and awaiting a screed before the shuttering starts next week.

These two should take just under 3 weeks to build with house completion scheduled for October 2026

Sprayed concrete shell completed on this basement deck level pool in Wanstead.

With a matching mosaic tiled spa and subtle overflow channel system this will look very different in a couple of months time.

A tight space to provide what was asked for.

Awaiting the completion of landscaping and growth of shrubs to provide a fitting backdrop to this stunning pool and spa.

Cleaned and filling to allow the safety cover to be fitted.

Super quality custom cut and mitred "L shaped" porcelain copings and polished stainless steel access covers for wiring and skimmer lids.

A stunning landscaping project running alongside the pool with recessed seating well and outdoor kitchen will make this one of our more impressive projects despite it not being our "normal" indoor style.

A 20 metres x 8 metre Basildon school pool refurbished over the past 9 months with the new mechanical and electrical systems also provided by Aqualia.

The Aqualia Mistral AHU provides completely variable air flows through the EC fans and touch screen PLC system with fully proportional control to fan speeds and mixing dampers all modulated to maximise the quality of the environment and minimise running costs.

Energy saving variable speed pumps and twin heat pumps for extended season heating.
Fabric safety and energy saving cover.
High powered LED RGB lights with over 64,000 colour combinations to tie in with landscaping lighting.

Slowly getting closer to completion.

Should be filled and running in July 🤞
