😳 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐈𝐆𝐆𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑.

What started out as 16,000 square foot quickly turned into 33,000 after the on site team discovered how fast, efficient and instant our low moisture cleaning was.

Day 1 consisted of 3 buildings of hallways, common areas and office areas where some of the carpets were 20+ years old. Initially we planned on having two rotary machines on the go but given the extreme weather conditions we have been having our product was just drying far too quickly so we changed tac and we opted for a leapfrog system of one technician spraying, and one padding completing all three buildings by end of play.

Day 2 consisted of the Colleges’ Welcome area, a large 63x18 metre room along with many seating areas that required fast, safe cleaning ready for students to come and collect their results. Once again we worked diligently to get this area spectacularly clean in record breaking time all whilst ensuring that we stuck to our method and risk assessment of working in a “functioning area”.

Come with us and clean some carpets with my little boy!

Proud of my Ollie today! 5 years old and he was incredible! Even if he did do me out of £40.00 😅

Did everything I asked of him safely, without moaning once and was such a great little helper so I’m sure he earned every penny to go spend on another dinosaur to go with his other 15000 of them 🦖

Everyone had different tolerance levels on what they perceive as “dirty”.

I’ll go to some jobs where the carpets look like they’ve been dragged through a war zone and the customer will say “ They just need a freshen up” and I’ll go to others where the carpets don’t look too bad at all upon first glance and the customer will say “they’re absolutely filthy.

It’s only when you dive a little deeper you spot all of those unsightly stains which if you’re one of the people that err on that side of cleanliness will do your head in.

So if you’re just in need of a little freshen up, or if you need your carpets completely transforming were the guys to call, we’ll look after you either way and give you the best results every time 🙌🏽

When people recommend you saying “Tom works miracles” and you have to genuinely pull a miracle out of the bag 🧙🏽‍♂️

Our middle job of the day and boy, we had our work cut out! HUNDREDS of miscellaneous stains throughout ranging from Makeup and food stains, to drinks spills and gawd knows what else.

As always perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch Excellence.

Honesty and integrity - They’re the pillars of this business even if it means us being down in takings for the day ❤️

So 9 times out of 10 customers send images across of what they need doing in advance at our quote stage. But in the odd instance they don’t, so when we arrive on site we are in the best position to advise there and then.

In this case we arrived to clean two bedrooms and a 3 seater sofa. Upon arrival we noticed the carpets were in a rough way; urine stains, heavy traffic lane wear and just tired overall. And to make matters worse the carpets were wool.

The customers were a young couple who have obviously worked hard to get on the property ladder in the first place and who were making a great effort of putting their stamp on this home.

We cleaned the sofa and offered a test patch on the carpets to see how they faired. Sofa cleaned up great and the carpets not so much.

Now many companies could just show up, clean the carpet to the best of their ability and take the money. We on the other hand would rather be £160.00 down in takings for the day and not leave you with an end product that’s going to spoil the effort you’re going to to make your home perfect.

Yes they’re going to have to budget a little more than they had expected. But in the long run that little extra will be well worth it.

Choose wisely when you book a company, not many might be so honest with you 👀

If I had my creator fund turned on I’d have got about £9500 from TikTok in payments from views 👀

This time I forgot to press record entirely 🙈

Luckily I got some after shots to show the difference, and the customer is happily which is the main thing over view count. But could’ve turned a £180 job into another £10,000 job if I were switched on with all this “Creator” malarkey 😂
