Thank you all very much for supporting our little business and choosing us for your laundry needs.

We have been very busy honouring lots of orders from both new and regular customers this month. Saying that, we will be taking a well deserved break from the 21st of December until 4th of January.

Dear customers, due to the increasing spread of COVID-19, the Prime Minister has announced yesterday there will be a month-long nationwide lockdown from Thursday 5th November until the 2nd of December.
For us this means we won’t be able to take any new orders in. We are very sorry to disappoint, but we all need to do our part.
If you have any questions or want to make any bookings in advance, you can always get in touch.

With Christmas not far, we are seeing a big increase in furnishings cleaning from both new and regular customers, which means our turnaround might increase slightly over the next couple of months.

At the moment we are taking 48 hours for curtains, bedspreads and blankets, tablecloths and 36 hours for the rug cleaning service.

Can I please ask you all, if you’d like any of the items mentioned above cleaned, to start booking soon if possible? We forecast we won’t be able to honour all last minute orders in December for these and we would hate having to disappoint you.

Dear customers,

We had a few orders over the weekend with cancelled delivery due to customers not being at home to receive their laundry. While we understand the unpredictable can happen, we can not store orders for longer than 48 hours.

We work very hard trying to offer our customers a quick turnaround while maintaining the safest working conditions, and make sure all orders are processed and stored individually for the drivers to collect and deliver to you.

From today, £5.00 will be added to every order that’s been stored on site for longer than 48 hours, every day, for 7 days. If you don’t get in touch and arrange a delivery within the 7 days, everything will be donated to our partner charities.

Please understand we are doing this because we want to make sure everyone’s orders are processed individually and safe, in a clean and clutter free environment.

We take safety very seriously especially now when Covid cases are on the rise.
