JOB ADVERT: FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

This is a Part-Time Fixed Contract role, to cover Maternity Leave
Starting in November to shadow and work alongside current Finance officer for 1 month before Maternity Leaves starts 13th December 2024.
This position is available from November 2024- September/October 2025.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team to cover Maternity Leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial support to the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Create audits and tax preparation
-Send monthly submissions to HMRC re CIS deductions and PAYE reports.
Qualifications
- A certificate or good experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software and MS Office, Excel
Hours of work will be 16 hours per week and can be broken down into 2/3 days per week to be flexible.

Monday- Friday - 8 hours per day (split shift).
£27,000.00 per year plus overtime rates.

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:
-The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
-Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
-Reviewing work schedules.
-You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and finding staff cover when needed.
The job hours are Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work is available)
You will have both AM and PM contracts, so you will need to visit some of your sites in the morning and evening time depending on the sites cleaning schedule, So you will need to manage your time accordingly.

This is a 40 hour per week job role, overtime is always available on both weekdays and weekends if you require overtime.
Benefits include:

Company Vehicle and fuel card, Company mobile phone, Fortnightly pay, Overtime and company pension scheme.
You MUST have a valid UK Driving license.
