Unfortunately, my experience with MP Property Services has been very disappointing.

They installed a picket fence at the back of my office, but the work was not completed to an acceptable standard. Multiple pickets have come loose shortly after installation, and parts of the fence were clearly not secured properly. I have now been advised by another carpenter that the fixings were on the feather edge so installed incorrectly.

To be fair, Matt acknowledged the issues when I contacted him and agreed to return to put things right. However, he failed to turn up on the agreed date, and despite further attempts to resolve the matter, I’ve received no further communication.

I gave them the opportunity to rectify the problems before leaving this review, but after being let down and ignored, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
