You will be responsible for training and managing a team of happy cleaners, ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered at all times, at the same time as creating a fun environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing people, experienced in cleaning within a domestic setting, have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Understanding the Little Miss Do It All Method of cleaning is essential, you will be taught a specific way of cleaning that avoids our cleaners experiencing injuries and physical pains at work. You will be guiding them to be aware of their positioning whilst on the job.
For this reason the perfect candidate must understand the importance of life practices that enhance one's physical, mental and emotional health. Being open to a more holistic positive approach to life is a must.

The role will include some office-based tasks, but will also require an equal amount of mobile working, as well as being present when cleaning new customers homes or covering when cleaners are sick.
This is a part time role 16-20 hours a week
30% - office-based
20% - mobile
40% - cleaning
Responsibilities
Organising Monthly online ‘Catch Up’ meetings with cleaners regarding any work related issues and their well being.
Training new cleaners as per the Little Miss Do It All training programme and checking in with progression of new starters.
Performing quality assurance checks
Organising the weekly schedule using online scheduling software
Managing daily admin - client complaints, specific cleaning requests and working quickly to resolve all issues smoothly and calmly
Responding to team absences, (sickness, leave etc.) and stepping in to provide cover when required
Assisting Introduction sale meetings with new customers
Managing of cleaners communication & daily reporting
Skills, character and experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a domestic cleaning environment
Passionate about the ‘art’ of cleaning
Admin/PA Skills - computer Whiz is a plus!
Previous experience of managing a team and demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
Previous experience in customer relations
Confident in using scheduling software and a range of digital programmes
Excellent communication skills
A customer focused outlook
A positive energy and a proactive approach to all situations
Ability to think quickly and problem solve
Committed to the conscious and ethical ethos of the company and can demonstrate its values
Highly organised and a multi tasker
Good degree of written and spoken English
UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Based in Brighton & Hove
Training in Health and Safety will be an advantage
