I'm slowly get back on the road, and honestly it's harder than I first thought. Post the bike, trailer, tools etc being stolen my confidence has taken a big knock.

I just thank everyone for all your support that has been more than abundant. I'll be out and about tomorrow.

Thank you all as I needed the break to Jersey. Since being back, I've inherited a rotten cold and cough so I'm off the road for tomorrow most definitely.

Good morning one and all. As I posted a couple of weeks ago, my knee is swollen inside and painful. It's slowly getting better, but I worked yesterday and when I got home and the pain was unbearable. So with regret I'm taking the rest of the week off.

I'm absolutely off the road for at least a week. I have swelling behind my left knee which i need pain killers and rest. Not a big deal, it's what I had a couple of years ago.

I really can't get my head around the weather. Storms before and during the Christmas break, then the freeze, and now rain with a potential storm to follow. I will get back out as soon as I can, and I really appreciate your patience.
