Looking for the right candidate to work alongside me doing Domestic, Residential and Commercial cleaning work.
I am expanding my business and need reliable people to be part of the team.
The right candidate should have a passion for delivering great service every single time and be comfortable with me checking their work as i hold a very high standard with my clients, need someone super responsible, that loves being on time, fun, friendly... experience NOT NEEDED, full training given.
The right candidate should have access to tnsport (bus, bicycle, motorbike and car).
2 x professional references (past jobs) will be needed as i need to make sure the right candidate is genuine.
Some of the work in the beginning will be alongside me however i can allocate houses for the right candidate to work alone after the probational period, as the right candidate gets more experience, will be getting promoted to supervisor and help me maintain quality control with the new cleaners that will come in as i expand.
I prefer someone that understands that hours will build week after week, depending on the availability to create a rota that works for all of us.

We are currently paying £10ph to start, on a self employed basis with the opportunity to become supervisor in the near future.

Finished projects this week! We are pleased to say that we are now taking on new houses for END OF TENANCY cleans and also for regular weekly cleaning or we still have some limited slots for fortnightly cleans! And one-off cleans! Message us now for more info! Our new cleaner is ready now!

We are now re-opening for business after a short period of being closed due to health reasons! Thankfully our new management team is very hands on and has been working behind he scene training interviewing and training new stuff, we have plenty of reliable cleaners that are fully ready to start taking on new jobs in the Brighton and Hove area!

- Cleaners will be cleaning private homes, offices, dance studios and etc.
- Minimum job is 2 hours long
- The client provides all necessary cleaning equipment - all you need to do is turn up! The right candidate can have their own basic cleaning bits provided by the company for the houses which does not provide anything.
- Friendly management team
- Flexible hours - you will have your own regular cleaning jobs or work alongside someone else
