This has been coming up a lot on local Facebook groups and can cause somewhat heated discussions.

My advice is to simply not talk about cost until you make contact with someone. It's the same as you would with any trade. And to be perfectly honest, I have seen many potential clients who choose to include a price in their search, also stating they have had bad experiences in the past. Maybe there's a link 🤔

Also, if you haven't had a cleaner before, how do you know how much it will cost? Each property and company is completely different. Chatting with a few potential services will allow you to get a more realistic idea of what the cost will be for YOUR home.

A little food for thought on a Sunday afternoon.

Cleaning is such a valuable service, as you will know if you have (or have had) a cleaner in your home.

Obviously some of the trades are more expensive as they require specialist knowledge and qualifications.

If you're looking for a cleaner and are considering the cost, please take a moment to consider how much you are willing to pay for other services and the value you place in your cleaner.
