The Covid-19 Virus has been a testing time for all of us in a multitude of different ways.

During the outbreak Lizanne joined the Bang Tidy team and has been incredible. Kind, patient, caring and nothing has been to much trouble 🥰

Lizanne is routinely an incredible Yoga Teacher!! When the Corona outbreak happened it really affected her business. In true Lizanne fashion she picked herself up and joined our family business 👍🏽

Lizanne has done so much for us we wanted to do something for her and bring your attention to her online Yoga Class.

Every Wednesday at 10am Lizanne will be teaching an online Yoga class via Zoom - link to the class will be added in the comments first thing tomorrow morning.
