I’ve been off due to family illness, but thankfully things are improving and work is starting to return to normal.

A little update for my lovely customers ❤️🪟🧽✨

I just wanted to let everyone know that I may not be able to get out to all bookings before Christmas Day. On the 29th of November, my daughter was rushed to hospital and has only just been released on home leave. We now have a number of follow-up scans and appointments, which means my schedule is very up in the air at the moment.

I’m hoping to start getting back to work next week and will do my best to work weekends where I can, but I can’t promise exactly who I’ll be able to get to just yet. Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and kindness during this time — it really means a lot.

I’m forming a plan to get out to alll overdue rounds in the next 2 weeks & back on track there after.

🌞 Thank You & A Little Update 🌞

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful summer! I want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has recommended me and supported my business – it means the world.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve been lucky enough to build a fantastic customer base, and this summer has shown me that I’m currently at full capacity. Balancing work, home life, and fatherhood (with two little ones under 5!) has been challenging, and I want to make sure I give my best to the rounds I already have in place.

For now, I won’t be taking on any new cleans unless you’re happy to wait a few weeks. This way, I can keep things running smoothly and ensure my existing customers get the service they deserve.

I truly appreciate your understanding. I love what I do, but family comes first – so I’m slowing down on new work to keep everything balanced.

If you’re looking for a window cleaner sooner, I do know someone who’s just starting up and would be glad to recommend them.

🚨 Hey everyone! Just a quick update: We’re a little behind on our cleaning rounds this week. Last week, I had a family emergency that needed my attention, which means I had to take some unexpected time off. I really appreciate your understanding during this time!

I’ll be back on the rounds tomorrow and working hard to catch up, so I’ll be in touch soon if your clean is coming up. We’ve had a few messages about schedules – if you’re looking for a specific time frame, feel free to drop me a message, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
