A friendly reminder to please ensure payment is made promptly following your clean.

Unfortunately, I have been spending an increasing amount of time chasing overdue payments, and this is not how I wish to run my business. I kindly ask that all invoices are paid within 24 hours of your clean unless otherwise agreed.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. I’m always happy to discuss things and find a solution.

To ensure fairness for all clients, any payments that remain outstanding after 24 hours will incur a late payment fee. Repeated late or missed payments may also result in your regular cleaning slot being withdrawn.

Thank you all for your understanding, support, and continued custom. It is truly appreciated. 🫧🤍
