KJ Cleaning services will be adding additional mattress cleans to our service, this will include a hot wash extraction followed by a ultra violet LED virus killing lamp. Finished with tea tree oil to keep those bed bugs and dust mites at bay🪳

Further to today’s announcement and us staying in Tier 4 going forward if just like to update you on ongoing measures.

We are still able to work in your home and details of this can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/tier-4-stay-at-home

To ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers we would like to take this opportunity to remind customers of our COVID measures:

* We will wear disposable PPE at all times during our visit. This includes masks, gloves and aprons

* All equipment and tools will be sanitised and disinfected after every visit

* You will be required to be either vacant from the home for the duration of our visit or, if you cannot leave the home, you must isolate to one room for the entire duration of our visit.

* Your home must be well ventilated which means opening windows an hour before our visit

* If any staff or customers show symptoms, even if it appears to be a winter cold or vomiting bug, we will not attend for 10 days following your symptoms starting or positive test. Telling us promptly that you are symptomatic is imperative to enable us to manage this effectively.

If these measures cannot be followed for any reason we reserve the right to vacate your home immediately

We are confident that our measures will keep us all safe and will work with you to ensure we can follow all guidance as it is updated.

Under the new lockdown guidelines, it has been made clear that tradespeople can still work inside people’s homes. This includes cleaners so we are very happy to say we can still provide our services for all of our loyal customers if they wish and feel comfortable doing us doing so.
Extra measures will be put into place to insure maximum safety to workers and clients.
