Contractual Cleaning
A professional and presentable working environment is fundamental in creating great first impressions with prospective clients as well as maintaining a positive and motivated workforce.
Following an initial survey we will work with you to devise a result driven, bespoke cleaning schedule that leaves nothing to chance and ensures your business remains uninterrupted.
We offer a host of services ranging from a 24 hour 7 day a week service through to an annual deep clean and can happily incorporate more specialist tasks such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning or washroom services at your request.
All staff are directly employed and trained by us and will arrive fully informed, uniformed, insured and on time at the start of each and every shift.
We strongly believe that teamwork has been the reason for our success and this is cascaded down to all sectors of the business. We create bespoke job cards for each and every room in your building that show our cleaning teams exactly what needs doing, how often it needs to be done and how it needs to be done. This way nothing is left to chance and when it comes round to covering holidays our cover teams are fully informed prior to arriving on site.
Each and every month we will schedule a brief meeting with your dedicated contract manager (at your convenience) to review the results from your monthly cleaning audit. This allows us to quantify the performance of our cleaning team and review areas that need improvement. We accept that from time to time things will be missed but auditing in this manner allows us to single out exactly what is going wrong and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
