A Flight Operations Manager by trade, he spent 30 years in the field of aviation, where a level-headed approach and a meticulous eye for detail are paramount to achieving a safe and operationally successful outcome to any given situation. On initial inspection this XC60 looked like it was going to be a quick job......the boot carpet took 1hr 45 minutes! Coupled with cack removal, iron removal, tar removal, washing, coating et al......8 hours well spent.
