A little insight into one of the jobs we’ve completed recently…

Today we carried out a hoarding clearance.

It’s the kind of job that people often judge from the outside, but the truth is that hoarding can happen to anyone. It isn’t about being lazy or simply untidy. It can be connected to grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, physical health problems, or major life changes. Every situation is different, and every person has their own story.

When we walk through the door, we don’t see a mess – we see someone who needs our help.

There is no judgement, no criticism and no embarrassment. We simply roll up our sleeves, treat every client with kindness, respect and dignity, and get on with the job professionally. We know that asking for help is often the hardest part, and we’re proud to be part of helping people move forward.

☀️ Hot Weather Update ☀️

Just a little message to all our valued customers.

We are continuing to operate and clean as normal during this hot weather, however our team are working a little slower than usual and taking regular breaks to avoid overheating and stay safe.

We are doing our very best to get to everyone as scheduled, but as I'm sure you'll appreciate, the health and wellbeing of our staff must come first. If any member of the team is struggling with the heat, we may need to rearrange some cleans at short notice.

To help keep your home as cool as possible, please keep blinds and curtains closed where you can before our arrival.

Also, if you're able to offer our staff a cold drink while they're working, it would be very much appreciated and will help keep them hydrated throughout the day.
