In partnership with our local GP practices and Bradford Immunisation Team, we are hosting a Teenage Vaccine Walk in Clinic.

This will be on Monday 3rd August 10:30am – 3:30pm

If your child is in school years 8,9,10,11 and is yet to have their HPV vaccine please call in. If you need to check if your child has had MMR, that is also possible on the day as well.

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Afternoon School Cleaner (BD7 1PX) to join our team. This role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within school premises during afternoon hours. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial cleaning or janitorial services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming educational environment while working flexible hours suited to your schedule.

Monday to Friday 3pm until 5pm
£12.71 per hour

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, hallways, toilets, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained to health and safety standards
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
Restock cleaning supplies and toilet paper where necessary
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the relevant personnel
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the school premises during scheduled shifts
Skills
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organisational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts in the afternoon hours
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work in a dynamic educational setting, offering the chance to contribute positively to students' learning environment.

AOCS are recruiting for the following roles:

Cleaning Operatives - HD2 1GN (Due to Social Value, candidates must be locally sourced)

Mon to Fri : 10 hours per week - Afternoon - 3pm until 5pm

£12.71 per hour

General Cleaning Duties

Office Communal Areas - dusting, hoovering, mopping, toilets, desks, kitchens

Working as part of team, candidates must demonstrate they have the capability to be flexible for working extra hours.

Due to the sensitive working environment, a clear DBS (Enhanced) is a requirement.
