All our cleaning cloths are freshly laundered everyday , using antibacterial agents along side a washing gel …. However I’ve still yet to fully appreciated the power of “super concentrated”
Note to myself USE LESS MICHELLE!!!!

House Keeping includes dodging the rain showers to reorder stock , organise empties into Reuse or Recycle (as part of our Green Promise) and refill what we can to make sure our stock cupboard and cleaning caddies have everything they need ! Busy week last week wiped me out ! So time to get focussed

I always like chase you our ‘first clean’ or one off cleans to make sure everything it all went ok … and by that I mean “are you satisfied & happy with the clean” . I never expect payment on the day as I’d rather clients were able to ‘see & feel’ the clean in their own time and space without feeling pressured. Received these approving nods yesterday :-)

Feedback is important to us , I’m not going to lie and say we only ever get positive feedback , occasionally we get VALUABLE feedback that gives us pointers to improve what we do , I always want customers to feel that they are able to tell us if we can do better , or something different etc it’s all welcomed , we don’t want niggles turning needlessly into something big … but thankfully , MOSTLY we get positive feedback like this one today which leaves us buzzing ! Happy customer makes us happy cleaners !
