What goes in to a builders clean?

A builders clean compared to a maintenance clean needs more in depth planning. Time scale preparation, the correct equipment required for each job, access and just how much of an in depth builders clean that is needed which will help you plan the length of time required for the job and man/lady power needed for the job.

Builders cleans is not just about give the frames a wipe cleaning the window and then wiping down the sill. It requires every millimetre of dust/concrete/paint/tape etc to be scraped and cleaned of, It requires a lot of time and labour, it requires different types of equipment and it requires an eye for detail.

Cleaning is just as important as other trades! Once a store/office/new build home etc is ready to open the first thing people notice is how clean (or not) the site is.

✨ Annual Cleaning Update at Treetops Bungalow Complex ✨

We’re pleased to share that our annual maintenance deep clean program for the Treetops bungalow complex was successfully completed last week!

Josh and his team from J & A Cleaning Services carried out comprehensive gutter cleaning across all units, ensuring effective drainage and long-term protection for the buildings. In addition, they performed professional power washing of all walkways, leaving the entire area spotless and refreshed.

The bungalows are now looking brilliant and well cared for, ready to face the coming seasons in top condition.

A big thank-you to our contracted maintenance team for their hard work and attention to detail!
