The profile - rare example, regular usage.

The brief - facilitate easy maintenance, mitigate difficult paint matching.

The assignment - full hydrophobic PPF.

But - that was a few months ago . . . Today, it is in for a quick front bumper PPF replacement, following a minor alteration with a hedge that would have otherwise spiralled off into pearlescent paint matching exercise.

It doesn’t take much for a stone to pe*****te the top coat of a plastic bumper or an aluminium hood.

Even less force is required to undress composite panels, such as carbon fibre bumpers for example, advisable to protect as early as possible.

Thus - when faced with the prospect of modern supercars predominantly composed of carbon fibre (in and out) - the logical conclusion naturally follows.

And so - the 750s chapter begins with the first one fully protected by hydrophobic PPF before it sees the light of day, shortly followed by another in preparation.
