Hello to our lovely clients!
We hope you’re enjoying the sunshine ☀️ and all the fun half term brings.

Just a couple of things from us.

Please may I request our clients refrain from putting any heating on during these hot days - some may be reading this like we are mad.. it really does happen! If clients are at work and heating is scheduled to being on we politely ask if this can be turnt off whilst we clean at your homes.

We make a great effort to be punctual organise our cleans around a travel schedule to ensure we’re on time. I ask just to be a little flexible with this during hot days as I urge my staff to take breaks to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the day. This can cause 5-10 minute delays but as I’m sure all can appreciate the importance of staying hydrated.

Finally and most importantly; If your families have been struck down with any sickness bugs, D&V, flu’s that you believe could still be active and spreadable please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. Most of our staff have got small children and families at home and we not only want to protect them but also do not want to cross contaminate any potential germs or bugs into other households in the process. We will always try our best to get you in as soon as we possibly can with our helping hands.
