We’ve been working our socks off 🧦🧦 behind the scenes and out on cleans, and somehow one of the girls still found an hour to iron our vest top transfers ready for the next heat wave. ☀️

To be fair, after today’s graft, we’ve probably generated enough heat ourselves to start summer early! 😂

Vest tops are ready, the team is ready… now we’re just waiting for the British weather to do its bit

Today’s challenge: scrubbing the floors while holding interviews at the same time! 😅

I was determined to make sure these floors were sparkling and not like Yates after a busy Saturday night, where every step feels like you’re peeling your shoes off the floor! 👟😂

I was going to address the post and it’s over and out from us…… but wait it’s not!! It’s air BnB season and at that time of year we work non stop ✋ 🛑

Today we piled into my car and we did 6 air BnBs you should see my car it’s hardly recognisable….. it looks like a launderette…. I see the next business taking place!!

Unfortunately Laura and Rosie aren’t in this picture but this is how lissy and I felt. 😴😴

Also today we had an end of tenancy and it was one of the first I’ve never been too!! So thank you Karen, Ellie and Ella 🩷🩷

We just completed a commercial clean of a local hall in Bransgore. Here’s what we found when we arrived…

As well as overflowing bins. Dust collecting around workstation edges. Toilets that looked clean at first glance — until we checked the touch points, door handles, and corners properly.

This is the problem with rushed commercial cleaning. Most issues aren’t obvious until staff sickness increases, complaints start appearing, or inspections happen.

The old cleaner left and now we are deep cleaning the whole building this week. It is a 7 day a week job and we have had so many compliments since we started the clean 2 months ago.

The sun is shining it’s the hottest this year it’s been…. Does that mean we shut up shop…. No!!!!

🩷The majority of the team have had the weekend off apart from a couple of us.
💜We have customers to clean for and the elderly who need us.
🩷It’s the summer and we have done it the last few years.

However what we do ask is that:

💙The girls are offered a drink
💜The rooms have curtains shut where cleaning is to take place, if possible.
💙the girls will be turning up to work in T-shirt and shorts to keep as cool as possible.

We are looking to start work as early as possible this week so that we can be home as soon as possible.

Off to the last job of today 💪💪 then we get ready for the next 3 tomorrow 💪💪

On the hottest day of the year so far, I decided to take a fall today 😩🤦‍♀️ we are out working all of the bank holiday and I am hoping and praying I wake up tomorrow feeling much better than I do right now 🤣🤣 you might think I just wanted to cool down 😆
