RD Cleaning Services - Bournemouth We are specialists in End of tenancy/Deep cleaning services. We work already with Council Offices and Estate Agents across Dorset, Hampshire, and London areas

Terms & Conditions :
1. Each deep/end of tenancy cleaning bookings a 50% of quote deposit required which is not refundable.
2. The end of the tenancy cleaning service you are paying for the job we quoted not hourly rate or number of cleaners on site.The payment needs to be done immediately after the work has been completed on the same day unless it was booked & paid online.
3. We accept complaints

after the job has been done by us and some of the areas could be missed. We will come and the missing areas will be redone. This needs to be reported within 24 h. We do not refund any payments made towards the service due to complaints. If the complaints are not related to the job we have done we will put extra charges on the job we will do.
4. The carpet cleaning service is shampooing cleaning. We need access to hot water and electricity. We do our best to remove stains but sometimes it is impossible due to many factors so we cannot guarantee the stains disappear. The property which will be cleaned should be emptied and unfurnished unless agreed otherwise.
5. Accept our T's & C's you agreed that we are allowed to take a few photo shoots of your property for our marketing purposes. If you do not wish us to take photos of your property, please send a written request to our email address. The contents of this email are confidential to the intended recipient at the email address to which it has been addressed. It may not be disclosed to or used by anyone other than this addressee, nor may it be copied in any way.
