Window cleaning / commercial cleaning / General maintenance

This role primarily involves window cleaning both with water fed pole and traditionally off of ladders it also involves commercial cleaning of warehouses and offices, cladding cleaning, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning and regular communal area cleaning of large blocks of flats with some end of tenancy cleaning, on site builders cleans, pressure washing and roof cleaning.

We also clean pubs, nightclubs, schools and doctors surgerys and sometimes a need to cover absent staff may be required.

The role would suit someone that has done traditional window cleaning before and has experience of regularly using ladders at work.

They must be physically fit and able to graft. This is a hard job that can be very demanding on the body at times.

We need someone who can drive and who has a clean licence for insurance purposes.

They must be motivated, reliable and able to work alone or with in the team when required.

Early starts (5.30 -7.30am) are frequent as we travel to Southampton and Wi******er as well as working locally in Bournemouth.

We pride ourselves on customer service and this is a public facing role so a level of politeness and willingness to go that extra mile is required.

You must be able to get to our base in charminster Bournemouth everyday to start.

Experience in cleaning / commercial cleaning is sort after but not essential as this can be provided.

As we expand we are basically looking for someone that can fulfill the role above and possibly manage more staff as we take them on in the future.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience and start at £12ph.

The position will be avalible from mid / end of September

Weekend cleaner required for bar in Ashley cross. £12-15 per hr depending on experience. 4 hours per day. For example- 6am - 10am Can be split between 2 ppl if cleaning as a couple 2 hours each 8am -10am or can start 6am. Job must be completed by 10am.

Looking for cleaners local to Wi******er / Southampton to do regular cleaning of private residential properties, offices and communal areas of blocks of flats in Wi******er. Must be experienced, professional and have own transport. Ideally someone looking to add hours to existing cleaning round, and able to work Thursdays, fridays and some hours on weekends.
